FAQ

Everything you need to know about QShop. Can't find what you're looking for? Our support team is a message away.

Getting Started

Creating your store takes less than 10 minutes. Go to app.qshop.tech, sign up with your email or phone number, then follow the setup wizard to add your store name, logo, and first products.

Once your store is live, you'll get a unique QShop URL (e.g. yourstore.qshop.ng, you can also use your own domain name), and a WhatsApp checkout link you can share immediately.

None at all. QShop is designed for business owners, not developers. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use QShop. Everything is point-and-click — no code, no hosting setup, nothing technical.

Absolutely. QShop works alongside your Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp presence. You keep marketing on social media and link your QShop store or WhatsApp checkout in your bio or broadcasts.

Many QShop merchants use social media for awareness and QShop to handle checkout and payment — eliminating the back-and-forth of sending account numbers.

Yes. QShop currently supports merchants in Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, South Africa, the UK, and the US. Supported currencies include NGN, GHS, KES, ZAR, GBP, and USD. More countries are being added.

Plans & Billing

The Starter plan is free forever and includes your online store, WhatsApp checkout link, up to 15 product listings, multiple payment provider options, and 10 WhatsApp orders per month.

It's designed to let you launch and validate your business at zero cost. When you're ready to grow, upgrade to Pro or Pro Plus at any time.

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings. When you upgrade, new features are available immediately. When you downgrade, your current plan stays active until the end of your billing period.

No contracts, no lock-in. Monthly plans are billed month-to-month and can be cancelled any time. Annual plans are billed upfront but come with a 20% discount compared to monthly billing.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied within 14 days of your first payment, contact us at [email protected] and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Products

The Starter plan supports up to 15 products. Pro and Pro Plus plans include unlimited product listings. You can add unlimited product variants (size, colour, material, etc.) on all plans.

Yes. You can upload digital files (PDFs, templates, e-books, design assets) as downloadable products. After payment, your customer automatically receives a download link.

Checkout

You share a checkout link via your WhatsApp broadcast, bio link, or story. When a customer taps it, they see your product catalogue, add items to cart, and complete payment — all within a familiar mobile checkout flow.

After payment, both you and your customer receive an automatic order confirmation. No DMs, no manual bank transfer confirmation needed.

No. Your customers never need to download anything. Your QShop store works in any browser, and the WhatsApp checkout opens as a mobile web page. As long as they have WhatsApp, they're good to go.

Orders & Shipping

All orders — whether from your online store or WhatsApp checkout — appear in your QShop dashboard under Orders. You can view order details, mark orders as fulfilled, and send tracking updates to customers from there.

QShop manages your store and payments; physical delivery is handled by you or a logistics partner of your choice. You can add flat-rate or zone-based shipping fees to your store, then fulfil using any courier (GIG Logistics, Sendbox, Kwik, etc.).

Payments

QShop integrates with Paystack, Flutterwave, Stripe, and bank transfer. Most Nigerian merchants use Paystack or Flutterwave for local cards and bank transfers. Stripe is available on Pro Plus for international card payments.

Settlement times depend on your payment provider. Paystack typically settles to your bank account the next business day. Flutterwave is usually T+1 or T+2. You're paid directly by your payment provider — QShop doesn't hold your funds.

QShop doesn't add any extra fees on top of transactions. You pay the standard processing fee to your payment provider (e.g. Paystack charges 1.5% + ₦100 for local cards). QShop takes nothing per transaction.
